A quick note before we get started: we quote every job based on what you tell us about your home. If a property needs significantly more time or effort than expected, we'll always contact you and confirm a revised price before doing any extra work. Never a surprise on the invoice. Additional time is billed at our standard hourly rate.

Declutter surfaces & floors
We clean, we don't sort. Picking up loose items, toys, clothing, and personal belongings from surfaces and floors before we arrive means we can spend our time actually cleaning. The more clear the surfaces, the deeper the clean.

Keep pets out of the way
We love animals. Just please keep pets away from our team and their equipment during the visit, however that works best for your home. This keeps everyone safe and comfortable.

Let us know about any special requests
Have a room that needs extra attention? A surface that needs a specific product? An area you'd like us to skip? Let us know ahead of time in your booking notes or by texting us and we'll make sure it's handled.

Make sure we can get in
If you won't be home, make sure we have access — whether that's a key, a lockbox code, or a garage code. We'll send a reminder the day before your clean with all the details. If anything changes, just give us a heads up.

Point out delicate or off-limit items
Have fragile items, heirlooms, or areas you'd prefer we don't touch? Just let us know. We'll make a note on your account and make sure our team is briefed before every visit.

You don't need to clean before we arrive, seriously
We hear this a lot. You don't need to tidy up or pre-clean before your cleaner gets there. That's what we're here for. Just handle the decluttering in step 1 and leave the rest to us.

Deep Cleaning
Everything above, plus: please empty out your refrigerator before we arrive so our team can clean inside it as part of the deep clean.
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
Please have the home empty before we arrive so we can clean every space top to bottom. We don't mind bagging a bit of leftover trash, but larger removal (over 30 lbs) is billed at our standard hourly rate.
Please also make sure power and AC/heat are onIMPORTANT. Florida heat is no joke, and our team needs a safe working temperature and functioning outlets to run vacuums and equipment.
Good to know
A few things worth flagging
Biohazard cleanup and hoarder-level homes: we do take these — they just need a quick walkthrough first so we can scope the job and quote it separately from a standard clean. Give us a call and we'll figure out a plan.
What we're not able to do: active pest infestations (roach, rodent, or bed bug), fragile or flimsy blinds at risk of breaking, and second-story ladder work. Not sure if something applies? Just ask — we're happy to take a look.
