Good to know
Full transparency — here's what falls outside a standard clean. Most are available as add-ons or quoted separately.
Ceiling fixtures, chandeliers, and high windows require a ladder — not included for safety reasons.
We don't move items over 25 lbs. Please move heavy furniture before we arrive if you'd like us to clean behind it.
Exterior windows, outdoor spaces, and garages aren't part of standard service — available as add-ons.
Spot-cleaning visible marks within reach is included. A full wall wash is available on request.
We vacuum every visit. Deep shampooing and steam cleaning are available as add-ons.
We clean — we don't organize. If a space needs significant pick-up first, we'll reach out before getting started.
Some permanent staining may need dedicated restoration. We're always upfront about what a standard clean can lift.
Post-construction and extreme cleans are quoted separately from standard service. Reach out and we'll take care of you.
